Due to the custom nature of Gold + Gray poroducts, items are non refundable. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out at goldandgraysensoryplay@gmail.com to discuss anytime!
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription length that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery on a monthly basis. Kits will ship or be ready for pickup on the 2nd of each month after the first charge. Orders must be placed before the 30th/31st to receive the next months' kit.
